Steps

We will start with a phone conversation to define your Product. The design is performed and proofs are emailed to you as preview images. Revisions are then provided to me. Finalization requires your sign-off. For a detailed explanation see Terms & Conditions.

Orders

A 50% deposit will begin your Order ( Social Traffic requires full payment ). Please enter the code 50%FIRST in your Cart to apply your deposit, as shown here:

An Order receipt is emailed to you when you make your deposit. You may also view your Order on this site upon login in the menu bar under Account > Orders.

Invoices

A closing Invoice is emailed to you after Finalization. Any added fees incurred by you during the design process will be included. The final payment for your Invoice is needed prior to delivery of your Products. You may also view your Invoice on this site upon login in the menu bar under Account > Invoices.

Rush or Emergency

An expedited schedule with faster turnaround is available for an extra fee. Rush Products are delivered in half the time for double the fee. Emergency Products, when available, are delivered in a third of the time for triple the fee. Select the needed schedule in the pop-up option on your Product page, as shown here:

Free Shipping

The following Products include free domestic shipping: Annual Reports, Brochures, Business Cards, Cards, Flyers, Forms, Guides, Photography, Posters and Stationary; Architectural Models, Packaging Mockups and Production Prototypes. For international customers, please contact me for special shipping costs.

Returns or Refunds

If you are unsatisfied, please contact me so I may help resolve the issue. A full refund is possible if no work has begun or else a partial refund may be issued for unfinished work. Fees incurred for free or included shipping are not refundable and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Damaged merchandise due to customer negligence is not returnable. Products are not refundable once delivered. If you received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact me for correction or return options.
